We cannot assume so! Never choose a limousine based on price. All too often, the cheaper the quoted price, the larger the risk for you as a paying client with high expectations of an amazing limousine experience. Poorly maintained and serviced vehicles; unprofessional chauffeurs with poor hygiene; dangerous vehicles or late service!) We are all very realistic in this industry. Always go with a proven and reputable operator, just like H2 Limousines, with 25 years industry experience.

You can request a quote for a service by submitting our online request a quote form or by phoning us. We provide the option for customers to request quotes for multiple vehicles, provide details of any special requests, and specify any return journey details or additional journey pickups and drop-offs.

As all our hire vehicles are completely one-of-a-kind, we recommend booking your vehicle as soon as possible, prior to your preferred date and time as we already have bookings as far as 12-18 months in advance. To avoid disappointment, book now.

Yes we do require a certain deposit at the time of booking. It is standard practice for H2 Limousines to accept a minimum booking fee of 40% of the total quote for your booking. This securely locks in your limousine and protects it from being booked by another group.

All bookings need to be paid for in full within 10 working days prior to the booking taking place.

We accept payment by cash, credit card or bank transfer. When booking, we will request your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners). If paying by card, we incur a 2% surcharge on Visa and 5% surcharge on MasterCard. Your card details will be held as security on your reservation. Charges will be made upon completion of your request.

Absolutely! Call us now and one of our friendly staff will be glad to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to visit our showroom located in Sydney’s West. We always desire meeting with our clients face-to-face and always welcome the opportunity to provide a tour of our exclusive fleet showroom prior to making a booking with us.

We strictly enforce the minimum age of 18 years and over alcohol by law. Regardless of age for school formals we do not allow any alcohol to be consumed in any vehicles at all. This is a state law. Outside of these parameters, we are happy for you to enjoy yourself responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse patrons deemed too intoxicated or disorderly to enter our vehicles and this is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur. We definitely encourage you to enjoy yourselves, however we have a responsibility to uphold the safety of our staff and customers. There are glasses provided in the vehicles and you are welcome to BYO to those over 18 years of age.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, however you are allowed to drink inside our vehicles. Please pre-arrange your requirements when booking, including ice. All our limousines are equipped with glassware and champagne flutes for your comfort.

We service all regions of Sydney such as City, Metro suburbs, Newcastle/Central Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong/South Coast.  Simply call up our friendly team and discuss your location and we can ascertain whether our service would be the best fit for your needs. Yes, customers are permitted to request stops for taking photos and this time will be included in the total journey time for pricing purposes.

For weddings, the minimum hire time is 2 hours; for all other occasions it is 1 hour.

All monies paid are non-refundable or transferable. Bookings cancelled within 2 months of the date of the booking will be required to pay in full and we will charge the entire amount.
